Build Process

Design Stage

We start with your vision or existing plans and make adjustments during the process until you’re satisfied. During this process we listen to what it is you love (see our “Planner – Your Dream Home”), and provide our recommendations along the way to create exactly what you want.

Documentation Stage

At this stage (if not already done) we organise and complete all of the documentation that’s necessary to begin your build, including working drawings, permits, energy ratings and more.


Once Stage 2 is complete, the construction of your dream home, investment property or renovation can begin. We will keep you updated on the build process and you are welcome to attend the site via appointment to check your build progress.

Hand Over

This is when we give you a tour of your completed project and means you’re ready to be handed the keys to your new build.

Ongoing Relationship

You can rely on us for any advice or assistance, even years after its completion.

Our Process


We sit down with you to better understand your vision for your home or project and provide you with all your options.


We create a clear scope of works based on your requirements and prepare a detailed specification, timeline & budget that you can track on your dedicated online portal.


All works are carried out in accordance to the relevant building standards and codes of construction, current business operating requirements (licences and insurances) & occupational health and safety regulations.


We ensure all care is taken during your project and after. Our three month maintenance period ensures that you’re covered and receive our full support if any issues arise.
